I gave this game 3 out of 5 stars. It was entertaining enough for a single evening, but the immersion wasn't particularly strong. The biggest issue for me was the mystery itself. I didn't feel like I solved it through careful deduction. Instead, I mostly arrived at the culprit by eliminating the other suspects. Another weakness was that some of the suspects' alibis didn't seem convincing enough to completely rule them out. Because of that, the final solution felt less satisfying than it could have been. Overall, it was a decent one-evening detective game, but I was hoping for a more immersive experience and a mystery that relied more on logical deduction.

Bought this for a date night with my girlfriend for some casual fun, but it ended up being so much more. Pure focus for a couple of hours, very in-depth and enjoyable story line. If you haven’t tried this sort of thing before, I highly recommend checking out The Girl in the Snow.
